Altar List of the Dead (2026)
Lists and envelopes are now available on tables near the church doors. Please clearly write the names of your deceased relatives and friends, and return the envelope to the church safe, sacristy, or office. Mass for those on the Altar list is offered at 10:00 a.m. on the First Friday of every month (circumstances permitting).
The weekend of the (17th/18th October) is World Mission Sunday. The Holy Father’s annual collection for the missions will replace the usual Share Collection. Please be generous.

UN Environment Programme. This year's United Nations Climate Summit, COP31, is taking place amid new, alarming scientific warnings. Recent reports from the UN Environment Programme confirm that global temperatures are on track to cross the critical 1.5°C threshold within the next few years. With the planet recording its eleventh successive hottest year, UN Secretary-General António Guterres warned: 'When history repeats itself eleven times, it is no longer a coincidence. It is a call to action.' May the Lord help us to respond to this crisis in any way we can."
Annual Remembrance Mass
The annual Mass commemorating those whose funerals took place at Holy Family Parish Church over the past year (mid-October 2025 – 17 October 2026) will be celebrated on Sunday, 8th November at 10:00 a.m. Who: Families and friends of the deceased are warmly invited. Hospitality: Refreshments will be served after Mass.

O God, shepherd and ruler of all the faithful,
look favourably on your servant Leo XIV,
whom you have set at the head of your Church as her shepherd;

so that, together with the flock entrusted to his care,
he may come to everlasting life.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,

PARISH CHOIR: The parish choir is currently seeking new members. We sing during the 10:00 am Sunday Mass and other parish liturgies. Choir practice takes place in the church on Mondays from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. If you are interested, please contact Elizabeth at 087 220 9055.
