From Pope Francis Delexit Nos

Reflection is not turning away from the world’s pain.

It is allowing Christ to transform how we respond   to it. The heat waves, earthquakes, and ecological crises of our time remind us that everything is connected. They reveal not only the vulnerability of creation but also our shared humanity. They invite us to rediscover what Pope Francis has repeated throughout his pontificate: the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor are one.

The Season of Creation will be from September 1 to October. If in the meantime anyone happens to have a plant for the environmental shrine, we would be very grateful. From the environmental group.
