WHY SUNDAY MATTERS- from the Irish Bishops

“As we journey together through this Jubilee Year of Hope, we, the Irish Bishops, warmly invite all Catholics to reflect on the profound gift of Sunday Mass. This special year offers a unique opportunity to rediscover the heart of our faith and, for those who have been away, to return with renewed joy to the celebration of the Eucharist.”

Please read the Irish Bishops’ new pastoral message, Why Sunday Matters – An Invitation to Reflect on Sunday Mass (four-page PDF). It is also available in Word format.

An introductory video and a four-part video series titled Sunday Mass – Digging Deeper can be found at catholicbishops.ie.
