A word from Pope Francis about our care for God's Creation- Laudate Deum- “Let us stop thinking, then, of human beings as autonomous, omnipotent and limitless, and begin to think of ourselves differently in a humbler but more fruitful war.” (LD, 68)

 

 The Family Mass each Sunday at Noon. Children are encouraged to take part through Drama, Prayer, and Singing. All children are welcome to attend. Children preparing for First Holy Communion or who have recently received their First Holy Communion are particularly encouraged to attend

 

Introduction to Servant Leadership course during the coming year. It is aimed at members of PPCs and those with a parish ministry – but all are welcome. The course requires participants to

attend three sessions on Zoom (consecutive Tuesdays from 7.30 pm to 9 pm) AND ALSO a Saturday session in person (from 10.00 am to 2 pm). Sessions are a mixture of input, discussion, and reflection exploring what Servant Leadership is and how we might grow this ministry. Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes Sunday 11th February 2024

Visit to Lourdes Grotto, Oblate Fathers, Inchicore in honour of the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes Sunday 11th February 2024.

This Grotto, a replica of the Grotto at Lourdes, was completed in 1930 mainly by voluntary labour for the people of Ireland who could not afford to travel to France.  

In honour of this great Feast, there will be a Lourdes Mass at 7 pm followed by a torchlight procession. A bus will leave Holy Family + Sallynoggin Churches at 5.30 pm to travel to Inchicore. Fare €10.

The monthly church door collection for St. Vincent de Paul society will take place after all masses this weekend.
