Cemetery Mass – 3.00 p.m. Sunday 3rd July at Deansgrange Cemetery (organised by Sallynoggin Parish )

RECOMMENDED SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Kindly continue to sanitize your hands-on entry to the church and wear a face mask while in the church building.

Summer Dues 2022. Envelopes for the Summer Dues Collection are available near the exits in the church. Summer Dues, together with Christmas and Easter Dues and the Common Fund Collection during Mass, all support the priests in the parishes as well as the sick and retired priests of the Diocese. You may return the envelope with your Summer dues donation into the big safe in the church west aisle or at the parish office. Dues were collected this year.  Christmas Dues € 11,430 + Easter Dues €8,015 to date = € 19,445. Thank you!

Church Collections:- envelopes of 3 designations are available on the tables near the church doors to facilitate these collections. When a donor’s name/ VFO no. is written on an envelope, the parish is enabled to apply for tax relief on the donations. Please put a donation into a relevant envelope and place it in the collection bag when it goes around. Each collection needs to fund. Alternatively, you may also contribute to the upkeep of the parish ( VFO ) by completing a standing order form.

  1. Common Fund ( priests )- support of priests in the parishes and the sick & retired priests of the Dublin Diocese.
  2. Share- upkeep of diocesan pastoral & administrative services and other services
  3. Voluntary Family Offering ( VFO )- the parish upkeep including ongoing Church Roof Repair: This essential work is currently ongoing and will cost over € 40,000 ( Contractor’s quote ). € 64,000 has been paid earlier this year for central heating repairs greatly depleting available funds. The finances of the parish depend solely on whatever parishioners/ benefactors donate. Donations are much needed and welcome.

Tap & Go devices are available in the church to process Common Fund ( 60%) & Share ( 40% ) only. VFO & donations for the roof may be given via Visa card at the office during office hours.
