Kindly note that once the list of intentions for the coming week as above has been posted to the Newsletter page on the Parish website (www.holyfamilyparish.ie) and printed off for the Priests’ use during the Masses, additions/adjustments to that week’s list cannot be easily and conveniently made after 11.30 a.m. Thursday of the week.

 

 

NEWSLETTER NOTICES

 

  1. Now that Level 3 restrictions have been extended by the Government for another 3 weeks from Wednesday 7th October, religious services with public presence/attendance will continue to be suspended throughout the territory of the Irish State.
  2. Mass will continue to be broadcast/screened on webcam at the times listed:

Saturday: 10.00 a.m. Sunday vigil 4.30 p.m. and 6.00 p.m.

Sunday: 9.00 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 12.00 noon

Weekdays: Monday to Friday 10.00 a.m.

Parish webcam is accessed at www.holyfamilyparish.ie

  1. The section of the Church between the front door and the Stations of the Cross screen is open for personal/private prayer from 10.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive unless there is a funeral.
  2. Funerals are normally at 11.00 a.m. with a maximum attendance of 25 persons in the Church.
  3. The Parish Office (in the Resource Centre) is open between 10.30 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. Monday to Friday (inclusive). Callers can be attended one at a time.  Please wear a mask 11.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. – phone calls are answered during this time.
  4. If the matter is really urgent, please phone the Sacristy at (01)2802142. Otherwise, the office may be contacted at admin@holyfamilyparish.ie or (01)2845299.
  5. Confirmation and the other sacraments of First Penance and First Holy Communion as well as the “Ceremony of Light”, are postponed until when the present Level 3 restrictions shall be lifted.

Altar List of the Dead – Envelopes are available near the Church door, at the Parish Office.  You might like to write a list of names you wish to include on the Altar List for the coming year and place it in the envelope with an offering and hand it
