How parishioners can push-back on plastics

Due to increasing pressure to reduce and recycle plastics, supermarkets are beginning to provide recycling facilities instore.  This encourages us to remove as much wrapping from our purchases as possible, after checking out but before we leave the store, so saving us space and effort in recycling. At least as important, it sends a signal to the store and its suppliers to keep cutting down on plastic.

WEEKLY ENVELOPES – Family Offering

New boxes with the weekly envelopes of the Family Offering are ready to be delivered.

Would the people who usually deliver them, please collect the new boxes from the back of the church.

The first new envelope is for the 1st July 2019.

I am most grateful to everyone who contributes to the running of the parish either by weekly envelope or by standing order from the bank.

Every euro counts!
