Holy Family Parish is a well-established community that offers a diverse range of events. Our Parish Centre, which opened in 1993, hosts a range of pastoral, community, and business activities. The parish campus includes the Parish Church, which was opened in 1972 and is surrounded by well-maintained grass lawns with ample car parking. Our operations depend on the generous support of our parishioners.
Expenditures cover maintenance and daily operating costs, including those of the church. Recent improvements include repairs to the roof, updated heating, and the Parish Resource Centre, which features meeting rooms and a hall for parish and community events.
Following canon law, we have a Parish Finance Committee to assist the Parochial Administrator in financial administration. Appointed members serve three-year terms and meet monthly, supported by the Parish Finance Manager and Parish Secretaries.

Where Do the Collections at Mass Go?
Weekly collections at Mass are sent directly to the Archdiocese. The first collection supports priests, both active and retired. The second collection, for the Share fund, helps finance support services for parishes and assists low-income parishes.
Supporting the Parish: Ways to Contribute
Christmas, Easter, and Summer dues are also sent to the Archdiocese. To support the Parish, consider setting up a Standing Order for regular contributions. You can contribute on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Donations can be made via cheque, bank transfer, or credit/debit card, or by clicking the donation button on our website.
Tax-Efficient Giving
If you donate more than €250 in a calendar year, completing a CHY 3 form allows the Parish to reclaim tax on your donation, increasing its value by 45%. Once completed, this form remains valid for five years.
Supporting and Running Events
We have previously raised funds through events like cake sales and art exhibitions. If you have event ideas, please don’t hesitate to contact us. In 2025, we introduced a QR code donation option, accessible both in the church and via a link on our website.
Making a Bequest in Your Will
You can include a gift to the Parish in your will; your solicitor can assist with this. As a registered charity, we rely on donations to maintain the Church and Parish Resource Centre. We appreciate your support, especially during challenging times. Thank you, and God bless you!
