Peter’s Pence

The Peter’s Pence collection that took place last weekend amounted to €   1,110.
Many thanks for your generosity.


Please note that the Tap & Go donations received on the weekend of 27/28 June will be allocated to the special collection as follows:

 

  • Peter’s Pence will receive the 40% that would ordinarily be transferred to the Share collection,
  • and it will receive any uplift in the Common Fund portion (60%) of the Tap & Go donations received that weekend.

 

Summer Dues 2026
Thank you for your contribution to this year's Summer Dues. These funds, along with the first collection at Mass and the annual Christmas and Easter Dues, go to the diocese to support our clergy (Common Fund). Envelopes for Summer Dues are available on the tables near the church exits.

Trócaire Collection 2026: A total of €3,219.88 (including a €1,000 cheque) was raised in the parish and forwarded to Trócaire. Thank you for your generosity.

 

“Save the Date” Saturday 26 September 2026. A pilgrimage organised by the Liturgy group for the Parish Partnership. Going to (Melifont Abbey, Monasterboice Monastic site & St Patrick’s Cathedral Armagh for tour & private Mass). Bookings & further details in early Sept.

 

Trip to Knock Shrine: Join our parish trip to the Shrine of Our Lady of Knock, on Sunday, 19th July, departing from the church at 8:00 a.m. The fare is €40 per person, which covers your bus travel plus afternoon tea and cakes. For lunch, you can bring a packed lunch or eat locally at the shrine. To book your seat, please contact Maria on 086 357 6374 or see Susan at the sacristy.
